Storyteller Overland, owner of the Global Expedition Vehicles (GXV) brand, has unveiled the GXV Wild 4x4 expedition camper on a Ram 3500 pickup chassis. The model was presented at the Overland Expo West show in May 2026.
The vehicle is 7 m long, 3.4 m high, with a gross weight of 6,350 kg and a payload of 454 kg. It is powered by a 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine producing 375 hp, with AEV suspension lifted 3 inches and 20-inch wheels. A key feature is the rear FlipOut Deck platform, which, together with a lift window, creates a large opening for access to nature.
Inside, there are sleeping places for four people, a full bathroom with toilet and shower, and a kitchen with an induction cooktop and a 116 L refrigerator. The electrical system includes a 12 kWh battery and a 400 W solar panel. The base price is $299,898.
