Swiss manufacturer Alpencamper has introduced the ECO Slide Out, a bicycle trailer camper. A slide-out mechanism expands interior width by 50 cm, creating a 1.40×1.96 m sleeping area for two adults. The trailer weighs 52 kg empty and has a maximum payload of 32 kg. Standard features include an insulated window, four stabilizer legs, battery-powered lights, and a compartment for a dry-separation toilet. The slide-out version costs 8,350 Swiss francs (approx. €9,100).
