Drunk driver hits barrier, triggers four-vehicle crash with camper on Gyeongbu Expressway

Near Pangyo Junction on the Gyeongbu Expressway around 23:40, a drunk driver (30s, blood alcohol level above license revocation threshold) struck a central barrier, then hit a camper.
