Fendt-Caravan introduces NEXT 381 family caravan

Cummins has introduced the Onan QD 8000, an 8 kW diesel generator for motorhomes, expedition vehicles, and truck sleeper cabs. The unit features liquid cooling and soundproofing, designed for continuous operation at 50 or 60 Hz. It can simultaneously power household appliances, air conditioning, and onboard electronics without external shore power. Pricing depends on installation and configuration, available through the Cummins dealer network.

The Saarburg-Kell association of municipalities signed a cooperation agreement with Camping-Car Park on June 9, 2026, to operate the 'Hochwald' campsite. The site closed at the end of 2025 for renovations and will reopen as a dedicated motorhome parking area. A car and a motorhome collided on the A20 near Dummerstorf on Friday afternoon. The 66-year-old car driver failed to yield. Both drivers were hospitalized, one with serious injuries. Damage estimated at €50,000.
