Dethleffs has expanded its off-road camper lineup with the Globebus Performance T16, presented at the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart in January 2026. The 6.25-meter camper with a gross weight of 3.5 tons is available with all-wheel drive based on the Volkswagen Crafter 4Motion (163 hp) or with rear-wheel drive (140 hp).
The model features a diesel heater, a 150 Ah lithium battery, and an 83-liter refrigerator, ensuring gas-free autonomy. Gas is used only for the stove. The 4×4 version has a 50 mm raised suspension and off-road tires.
Prices start at 101,690 euros for the 4×4 version and 83,990 euros for the rear-wheel drive version. According to another source, the front-wheel drive T16 starts at 77,999 euros, which is 17,000 euros cheaper than the all-wheel drive version. A front-wheel drive T46 version is also available for the 2026 model year.
