South African company Bushwakka has introduced the Kamelback 4 module for the Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Double Cab. The unit replaces the rear of the pickup with an aluminum block featuring a pop-up roof, a kitchen, and sleeping space for four.
Compared to the two-berth version, an upper sleeping area measuring 135 by 180 cm has been added, for which the section above the cab was extended by 500 mm. The module's curb weight is 750 kg.
The module is priced at approximately 28,750 euros (according to one source) or around 33,000 US dollars (according to another), excluding the base vehicle.
