Japanese company White House Camper (also referred to as White House) has unveiled an automotive air conditioner designed for use with the engine turned off. The 1800 W unit was developed in collaboration with a local climate control equipment manufacturer.
The air conditioner will be presented at the Japan Camping Car Show 2026, held in Makuhari from January 30 to February 2, 2026. It features low-noise operation, automatic airflow and drying functions, and is entirely manufactured in Japan. The development aims to provide comfortable sleeping conditions in vehicles during hot weather.
