At the Caravan Salon 2026, Ective presented the Solarshade, an awning with integrated solar cells. The new model is designed for mounting on the roof of camper vans and vans with sliding doors. According to the manufacturer, under optimal conditions it can generate up to 4.5 kWh of solar energy per day. Sales are planned for January 2027, with an estimated price between 3,000 and 3,600 euros.
