In Thuringia, a stolen motorhome was tracked via mobile phone, leading to a quick arrest on the A4. A second stolen motorhome was also found, driver arrested.
In the Unstrut-Hainich district of Thuringia, two motorhomes were stolen. Thanks to mobile phone geolocation, the owner of one of them, from Mühlhausen, was able to track his vehicle, allowing police to quickly arrest a suspect on the A4 near Stadtroda.
The second motorhome, stolen in Schönstedt, was found on the A4 near Merane with swapped license plates; the driver was arrested. Police have not ruled out a connection between the two crimes.
