In the Argentine city of Viedma, residents are increasingly upset about motorhomes parked on streets for extended periods. Complaints have been filed with neighborhood councils and the municipality.
The first motorhome, which obstructed visibility at an intersection, was removed by its owner after court intervention, but the owner was issued five fines. The second, parked since January on La Pampa Street in the Santa Clara neighborhood, remains in place. Neighbors report trash accumulating around it, hindering pedestrian passage. Complaints have been sent to the municipality and the neighborhood association, but the vehicle has not been removed.
Earlier, a similar case on Guido y Gallardo Street was resolved after media coverage: the owner voluntarily removed the motorhome but faces five fines.
