On Monday morning in Oakland, California, a recreational vehicle (RV) caught fire near Interstate I-880. Firefighters arrived around 6:30 a.m. and found the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. At least one dog tied to the RV was rescued. The fire is believed to have started in a small homeless encampment.
