In Turkey, on the Tekir Plateau (elevation 2200 m) at the foot of Mount Erciyes, snowmelt and precipitation raised the water level of Lake Tekir. Some caravans, tents, and containers set up near the lake ended up underwater. The flooding was captured by a drone.
The lake, which had almost completely dried up in summer due to heat, has refilled. The event occurred in Kayseri province.
