A 62-year-old man from The Hague died Friday afternoon in a head-on collision on the N9 near Callantsoog when his car crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a camper, police said. The cause of the crash is under investigation. A passenger in the camper was injured and taken to hospital; the camper driver was checked at the scene. The N9 remained closed for several hours.
