Record-breaking show
On July 11–12, 2026, the Tokyo Camping Car Show 2026 was held at Tokyo Big Sight. According to some sources, 100 companies participated; according to others, 74. All sources agree on a record 238 exhibits. The show featured fully integrated, cab-over, van-based, light truck campers, and trailers.
New models and trends
Premieres included Nissan Caravan MYROOM and NV200 Vanette MYROOM, as well as campers based on Honda N VAN, Honda Freed Crosstar, Toyota Voxy, Mitsubishi Delica D:5, Honda Stepwgn, and Suzuki Jimny Nomad. Special interest was drawn by campers based on Toyota HiAce (due to a shortage of new vehicles) and Fiat Ducatoⓘ, and Japan's first electric camper based on the Kia PV5. Light campers based on Suzuki Every and Daihatsu Hijet remain popular.
Additional activities
The show also featured booths with outdoor and pet supplies, attracting visitors with pets, for whom an RV can serve as a shelter in case of natural disasters.
