A project converting a UAZ Bukhanka into a camper for long trips off the beaten track has been presented. The interior features a three-seat sofa that converts into a bed for two adults or a family with a child, a compact wardrobe, refrigerator, chemical toilet and outdoor shower. Autonomous heating and a solar panel are included. Off-road capability is enhanced by an expedition roof rack, LED lighting, upgraded suspension with a lift kit and air springs, pneumatically controlled differential locks, heavy-duty bumpers and a winch. An additional stainless steel fuel tank extends the range. The luggage compartment remains functional.
