The city of Zlín will introduce a ban on parking motorhomes, caravans and cargo trailers at the P+R park-and-ride lot in the Příluky district starting May 4. According to the city, these vehicles occupied spaces for weeks or months, reducing the number of spots for daily commuters and for staff and patients of the nearby hospital, which is currently undergoing modernization.
The municipal police will step up enforcement of the new rule to free up spaces for short-term parking. The restriction takes effect on May 4.
