The municipality of Montecatini Terme is evaluating the introduction of targeted parking bans for camper vans in specific parking lots due to prolonged stays. Local police, carabinieri, and state police conduct regular checks, resulting in fines. However, eradicating the phenomenon is difficult: vehicles return to the same spots days after inspections.
