In Montecatini Terme, councillor Andrea Bellettini has filed a formal question to the administration over illegal camping in city parking lots. He says motorhomes and caravans stay for days at Via Cimabue, Via Leonardo da Vinci, Maratona and San Marco lots, causing dirt, noise and a sense of insecurity. Bellettini proposes closing the lots with barriers, keeping them free for residents, and involving police and the prefecture to tackle offenders.
