Residents of Bernkastel-Kues report parking violations by motorhomes on the Nikolausufer promenade. Drivers of oversized motorhomes park across multiple spaces, drive onto lawns, and stay overnight despite a ban. The city plans to introduce paid parking to address the issue; currently, violations are recorded and fined according to a uniform schedule (€10 to €30).
