The municipality of Stadtlauringen will not renew the lease with the operator of the campground at Ellertshäuser See. The lease ends on 31 May 2027, after which all caravans and facilities must leave the site so that construction work can begin. Mayor René Schäd announced this at a municipal council meeting.
