German magazine Promobil conducted a comparative test of summer tyres for motorhomes, testing seven models from leading brands in size 225/75 R 16 C 121 R on a Fiat Ducatoⓘ chassis. The Vredestein Comtrac 2+ was declared the winner.
Key results
- Wet braking distance: 27 m from 80 km/h (best result).
- Dry braking distance: 41.1 m (best result).
- Aquaplaning resistance: loss of grip at 93.5 km/h (highest speed in the test).
The tyre was launched in late 2025 and is available in 21 sizes for 15–17 inch rims, including high-load versions.
