Opel, together with Spanish company Tinkervan, has presented a camper version of the Zafira minivan. The model is equipped with a 2.2-liter diesel engine (180 hp, 400 Nm) paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Features include a stationary heater, electric shower, 100 Ah lithium battery, two sleeping areas (1.3×2 m and 1.4×2 m), and a folding table.
The pop-up roof with panoramic opening adds extra space. Conversion from a 5-seater to a cargo variant (according to one source, to an 8-seater) takes less than 5 minutes. The model is available at official Opel dealers in Spain.
