Kaarst fails to sell plot for tiny house settlement again

In Villingen (Villingen-Schwenningen district), construction has started on a 42-space motorhome parking area on the banks of the Brigach river. The project has been in development since 2015, with the symbolic groundbreaking on June 2. Opening is planned for autumn.

Owners of motorhomes and caravans with LPG systems must undergo an inspection every two years and after any repair. Since mid-June 2025, proof of a functional system for heating, cooking, and cooling is required. Fines for missing the inspection range from €15 to €80. The check takes 20–45 minutes and costs €40–€80.

Flowcamper has introduced the Max Autark camper van built on the Mercedes Sprinter platform.
