The municipality of Brombachtal in the Odenwald has presented plans for two motorhome stopovers and five tiny houses at the local golf club. The stopovers will accommodate 10 to 15 motorhomes, with one located in Böllstein. Golfclub Odenwald intends to install five tiny houses and take over maintenance of the stopovers and sanitary facilities. Mayor Andreas Koch estimates that each overnight stay leaves 80 to 90 euros in the village. Both projects require urban land-use planning, and funding sources have not yet been identified.
