The municipality of Sorriso in Mato Grosso has selected a site next to the Centro de Eventos Ari José Riedi for a motorhome support point. The facility will accommodate up to four vehicles up to 11 meters long each and will provide water, electricity, and camera monitoring. The Municipal Department of Economic Development, Tourism, and Innovation (Semdet) will manage the site and draft usage rules. Works are scheduled to begin this week; the initiative was first discussed with the city administration in August.
