Ponto de apoio is the Brazilian service point for motorhomes that offers at least one essential service — fresh water, electricity, waste dumping, restroom or shower, overnight parking. May be free or paid; common at gas stations, restaurants, farms, private camps, and municipal parks.

Brazilian counterpart of the French aire and Spanish área AC. Coverage is still patchy — listed in Park4Night, iOverlander, Apoio RV Brasil, and on the MotorhomeTrips map. Fees vary by region and services — often free with a fuel purchase, or a small nightly charge; confirm locally.
