The Japan RV Association has certified 12 new 'RV Park' facilities for overnight stays in vehicles as of the end of August. The parks are located adjacent to hot springs, inns, roadside stations, and amusement parks. New additions include 'Kagero no Yu Tenku RV Park' in Fukushima Prefecture, offering views of the Pacific Ocean from a mineral spring bath, 'SUWA Glass no Sato RV Park' in Nagano Prefecture, featuring glass art displays and workshops, and 'Ezosumika Asahikawa RV Park' in Hokkaido, surrounded by rural scenery with an on-site cafe. The total number of certified parks now exceeds 686.
