A new motorhome site, Am Mondscheinweg, has been operating in Worms since April 2026. The project was designed by architect Lukas Böhme, who admits he has never owned or spent a night in a motorhome. The site replaces a gravel parking area on Kastanienallee that was located next to an old bitumen factory. A tender was issued three years ago, and Böhme's company won the contract partly due to its local presence.
