Ozan Nalu is investing around seven million euros in a garage park on Klosterstrasse in Worms. By summer 2028, 120 garages for motorhomes, trailers and boats are to be built there. The entrepreneur plans to sell the garages rather than rent them out. The first walls of four sample garages have already been erected.
