Service station for caravans to be built in Vsetín

The compact electric camper Ari 458 Pro for 2026 has been introduced. It is 3.5 meters long, with an area of 2.8 m² and a width of 1.49 meters. A 15 kW electric motor provides a top speed of 70 km/h and a range of 120 to 230 km depending on the 15 or 23.5 kWh battery. The model is offered as a base platform for self-conversion, with a starting price above 30,000 euros.

A Zlín-based startup introduced the Caravanbox Coyot GT, a removable living superstructure for a trailer. The 270 kg construction is positioned as transported cargo, avoiding registration as a residential trailer. The complete set with a trailer and mattress is estimated at around 165,000 CZK.

Boho Camper Vans has introduced the Buttercup motorhome built on a Ram ProMaster chassis. Key features include a red cedar interior, a 500-watt solar panel, a Starlink system, a battery bank, a 3000-watt inverter, and a 125-liter water tank. The project highlights a growing trend of using self-sufficient vehicles as an alternative to conventional housing.

A Czech representative of the Polish company Camper4Mountain converts vans into campers. The conversion includes installing a pop-up roof and a complete interior fit-out, taking from one week. The company primarily works with Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 models with up to 120,000 kilometers on the odometer.

Starting May 4th, Zlín is banning the parking of motorhomes, caravans, and cargo trailers at the P+R (Park & Ride) lot in Příluky. The ban is a response to the lot being used for long-term vehicle storage, reducing spaces for daily commuters. Municipal police will enforce the new rules to free up spots for short-term parking, particularly due to the ongoing modernization of the nearby hospital.
