The Minami-Horo Mie Ryokuchi campsite in Minami-Horo, Hokkaido, accepts guests without reservation and operates until around 15 November. A stay for up to two tents costs 500 yen, and overnight parking in a vehicle also costs 500 yen. The site allows free placement of tents across a park with parking for more than 100 vehicles, one cooking area and toilets in the administration building. The car park toilets are closed this season and the playground has been removed due to wear. Campfires require a fire pit and a fireproof sheet, and pets are not allowed.
