The municipality of Gualdo Tadino approved the project for a new camper stop near the Rocca Flea fortress. The investment totals €158,594: €72,000 from Italy's Ministry of Tourism, €53,000 from the municipality, and €33,594 from private partner Mc Regem S.r.l.
The 1,250-square-meter area will include 12 pitches, three charging stations, a digital booking and payment system, and a pet area. The remaining 1,450 square meters will stay as car parking. The stop will be accessible to people with disabilities and include bike parking. The concession runs for 10 years without automatic renewal (according to one source, without the right to renewal).
