The Ellsworth Planning Board has proposed building an RV park on Bayside Road near Alton Avenue. The project includes 28 sites with water and electric hookups, plus additional parking.
Local residents oppose the plan, citing noise, traffic, and environmental impact. City Manager Charlie Pearce said the process will consider the interests of all parties.
The board also conducted a site visit to the proposed location, but project details and possible construction timelines have not been disclosed.
