The Grünewalder Lauch campsite in Lusatia, located on a former lignite mine, was modernized by a couple, the Bohges. Since 2012, overnight stays have increased from 2,800 to 30,000 per year, and a new sanitary building was completed in spring 2025. The site features a sandy beach with textile, nudist, and dog areas, plus water sports and mini-golf. Barking dogs incur a surcharge of 2 euros.
