Bullis am See 2026

Start date
25-28 June 2026
Location
Campingplatz Alt Schwerin (An den Schaftannen), Alt Schwerin

Bullis am See 2026

Bullis am See is a relaxed lakeside Volkswagen Bus camping weekend in the Mecklenburg lake district, focused on community and the love of VW vans rather than competitive show-and-shine. Air-cooled and water-cooled Bullis of all generations gather at a dedicated campsite on the shores of Schweriner See.

The atmosphere is laid-back and family-friendly, with evening campfires, spontaneous cruises, and swap-meet trading among VW enthusiasts. For vanlifers and Bulli owners looking for a social summer camping experience in beautiful northern German countryside, it is a highlight of the mid-year calendar.

The incident occurred in May 2025 at the port of Dömitz (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania).
