The Hinoyama Sanroku campsite will open on September 19 in Shimonoseki City (Yamaguchi Prefecture), at the foot of Hinoyama Park (Mount Hinoyama). Located on a hill north of National Route 9 near the Kanmon Bridge, it offers panoramic views of the Kanmon Strait and Kanmon Bridge, where large vessels pass.
The site covers about 11,600 square meters and includes 22 pitches on a slope with elevation differences: 5 vehicle pitches with electricity (about 130 sq m), 11 family pitches, and 6 for one or two people. Facilities include an administration building, sanitary block, toilets, and parking for 17 cars. Equipment rental and staff services are available for an additional fee.
Overnight rates range from 3,300 to 5,500 yen; day use from 1,100 to 3,300 yen. Reservations open on August 15. The project is part of the Hinoyama Park redevelopment, with a total cost of about 480 million yen.
