The Rocket Farm, a proposed RV park about 30 miles from SpaceX's planned launch site in coastal Vermilion Parish, is advertising 17 RV spaces, including 14 for monthly rentals at $700 a month, marketed to contractors building the proposed $100 billion spaceport. The property offers full-hookup sites, metered electricity, pull-through pads and free Starlink Wi-Fi, but the land sale has not closed. The parish is considering a 50-space limit and privacy fencing requirements for RV parks bordering residential areas.
