Camper Area in Fossacesia: Administrative Process Unlocked After 17 Months

The historic center of Lecce still faces unauthorized van access for loading/unloading outside permitted hours. In Syracuse, carabinieri from the Radiomobile section reported two 44-year-old men, already known to police, for stealing diesel fuel from two motorhomes belonging to the local health authority (ASP). The suspects forced open the vehicles and removed the fuel. The investigation enabled rapid identification and referral to the judicial authorities.

In the Ottavia district of Rome, two men barricaded a man inside a camper van, blocking the door and window, after he refused to work as an illegal ferryman for them. The victim, who worked as a driver for one of the suspects, was found by police in a state of severe distress. Initially reporting the van as stolen, both were arrested on suspicion of kidnapping; the arrest was confirmed by the court.
