700 RVs and 800 property owners: Baili Rhododendron turns tourists into long-term residents

In Baili Rhododendron (Guizhou Province), 700 RVs are parked in a campsite, and 800 property owners from other provinces have bought homes. The average summer temperature of 19°C attracts tourists. The RV campsite has received 59,000 RVs since the start of the year, exceeding last year's total. During the summer season, all 728 parking spots are occupied. Sales of residential properties for long-term stays have exceeded 13,000 units, with online sales growing for five consecutive years. Authorities plan to develop year-round activities and improve infrastructure.
