The author described a first trip in a rented camper van with his wife and four-year-old son. The trip took place on 11–12 October 2026. The family rented a Vantech Cordolives camper van from Trendy24. They stayed overnight at Camp Field Mark West on a pitch without electricity. The camper van had a heater, but bedding and pillows had to be provided separately. No drainage of the water tank was required before returning the vehicle.
