The Euskirchen police are offering free weighing of caravans and motorhomes. On March 28, from 2 PM to 6 PM, at the Mühlenparkplatz in Mechernich (B266), owners can check their vehicle's weight. Vehicle documents are required. Overweight will not be penalized during the event, as it is a preventive measure, but police will increase checks on holiday traffic.
