Owner's experience
A Tokyo resident bought a used camper for 9 million yen in 2023. Among the pros, he notes high liquidity, the ability to work remotely and play guitar, and using the camper as a shelter during natural disasters. The cons include problems with garbage, cleaning and odors, difficulties with maintenance and role distribution during trips.
