According to ACSI, the number of adults-only campsites in Europe has increased by 41% since 2021, from 64 to 90. Germany has only four such sites: BurgStadt CampingPark in Kastellaun, Camping Neudahner Weiher in Dahn, 7 Täler Campingplatz in Dietfurt, and Wald- und Naturcampingplatz am Tonsee Süd in Brandenburg. Meanwhile, family-friendly campsites are also expanding: among 825 inspected sites, playgrounds are now three times more common than five years ago, and water playgrounds have increased by 44% since 2021.
