Nature Service, a nonprofit, will run the 'Mori Office' program from August 22 to September 30, 2026, at the Hoshinomori Auto Campsite in Urugi Village, Nagano Prefecture. Located at 1,200 meters above sea level, the site has no air conditioning and welcomes both campers and non-campers seeking a cool place to work, write, or study. Guests staying three or more nights can participate, with access to cottages, coin showers, laundry, and walking trails. Meeting room rental costs 500 to 1,300 yen per day, and participants who complete missions receive local souvenirs.
