Their list includes Valloire, Pralognan-la-Vanoise, Val Cenis, Le Grand-Bornand, Les Saisies and Aussois. All the cited resorts have motorhome pitches with cleared grounds, heated sanitary facilities and reinforced power connections. According to the publication, new motorhome registrations in France rose at the end of the third quarter, and since January the figure is significantly higher than in 2025. For winter travel, snow tyres, chains, a parking heater and draining water tanks to prevent freezing are recommended.
