Barbara Messer has published the book “Ich fahr dann mal los. Eine Frau, ein Wohnmobil und die Freiheit, sich selbst zu begegnen” with Edition Forsbach. The book was released on 17 September 2026 and became the Bamberg publisher’s annual bestseller within days. The 212-page edition contains practical tips and personal stories about solo travel by motorhome. For Edition Forsbach, the book marks a new phase: after 15 years, the publisher has ended its intensive support for debut authors and refocused its programme on projects by experienced authors.
