Irish police issue security advice for campervans

A service unit for motorhomes and campervans in Carndonagh is to be replaced this week. The original unit was destroyed in 2017, with the new one scheduled for installation before the bank holiday weekend and summer season. Donegal County Council is also checking the operational status of similar facilities at other locations.

TD Pearse Doherty has called on caravan park owners not to demand payment for periods when parks are closed due to government restrictions. He stated that some Donegal caravan owners have received legal letters seeking site fee payments despite being unable to access the parks.
