Albania leads due to low costs: the average overnight stay costs less than 20 euros. Germany ranked third, behind Poland, thanks to good infrastructure and campsite density.
Spain surprised by taking first place in motorway length (15,886 km) and fuel prices. However, according to sources, Albania's infrastructure still trails the top-ranked countries.
