For families with children, a loop route in Hubei is recommended, where at the Jizigou station in Shennongjia you can park and get water for free, with a shower costing 10 yuan. For beginners and those who cannot stand heat, a loop route around Hainan with a daily distance of 80–100 km is suitable. Photographers are recommended the Qinghai-Gansu route with an average daily distance of about 300 km.
