The Casinha Viageira project by Cia Doispralá Doispracá will make its first visit to Rio de Janeiro state. From September 9 to 21, 2026, a motorhome with a mobile library will tour five municipalities: Rio Bonito, Tanguá, Niterói, Maricá, and Rio de Janeiro neighborhoods (Inhaúma, Grajaú, Tijuca, and Manginhos).
The program includes free storytelling, literary mediation, and access to the library. As part of the "Andanças Fluminenses" tour, on September 12 the vehicle will stop in Niterói at Praça Vital Brazil at 10:00 and in Maricá at 17:00. Additional stops are scheduled for Inhaúma (13/9), Grajaú (19/9), Tijuca (20/9), and Manginhos (21/9).
In Rio Bonito, the event will take place on September 10 at 10:00 in partnership with the Lona na Lua project, and in Maricá on September 12 at 17:00 with the participation of Ponto de Cultura Azul de Saturno. The motorhome, where artists Alessandra Prandi and Ricardo Gonçalves live, turns into an open-air library: books are placed on shelves, mats, and trunks. The program includes games, songs, rhymes, and interactive entertainment, followed by stories based on oral traditions from Brazil and other countries, using stage objects, costumes, and music.
